on Saturday 29 May 2010 at 1400hrs.

Please Note:
If members who are unable to attend the 2010 AGM have motions to put, and/or matters they would like to have considered at the AGM I invite you to convey these to your regional reps. (branches may convene meetings prior to the AGM). Alternatively members are welcome to send me an email directly.
To make it worthwhile for reps and exec, especially those traveling from afar, I propose that there will be a regional roundup and airing of issues prior to the AGM – at 1030hrs am at WBBC (other members are also welcome to attend).
There may also be an opportunity for a quick meeting of the officers (regional reps and incoming exec) directly after the AGM (given that all our other exec meetings during the year are via cyberspace).
